Nick started to dust for fingerprints around the area surrounding the bathtub. At least he was until he felt a drop of something on his cheek. Nick blinked and brought his hand to his cheek.

There was a small drop on his finger that appeared to be water.

Nick looked up at the ceiling, thinking that there might be a leak. After all it was raining.

"Something interesting above our heads?"

Nick turned to see Sara. "I think the ceiling is leaking."

Sara looked at the ceiling. "You sure you didn't imagine it?"

Nick's normally happy expression turned sour at Sara's comment. "How could I have imagine it?"

Sara shrugged. "Well give me a boost and I'll take a look, since there doesn't seem to be a ladder around here."

Nick grinned. "Ok we'll see if I can even lift you."

"Your so funny."

"Well I do try," Nick cheekily replied.

Sara rolled her eyes. "Just lift me ok?"

Nick nodded and braced his arms around her upper thighs and lifted. Sara placed her hands on Nick's shoulders for balance as Nick lifted her.

"Sara you got to lay off the sweets," Nick teased.

Sara scowled at Nick's comment.

"What do you see?" Nick asked his voice muffled slightly against Sara's legs.

"Looks like we got a couple leaks. were looking at least four."

"Just wonderful," Nick muttered.

Sara grinned. "take me down, Nick? I think the cop out there is giving us some funny looks."

"Oh yeah?"

"Yeah," Sara began. "So you better put me down before everyone at the crime lab finds out about this."

Nick put her down. "Do you actually think we can beat the gossip mill?"

"Truthfully no but it's worth a shot." Sara said grinning as she picked up her evidence bag.

"So Sara, I've heard some interesting things about you today."

Sara looked over at Greg. "You don't actually believe what you heard from the gossip that goes around this office do you?"

"Catherine does too," Greg sullenly pointed out.

Sara smiled. "She listens and then finds out the truth."

"Same difference."

Sara rolled her eyes.

Nick walked into the break room and glared at Catherine, who was trying extremely hard not to laugh but was failing miserably.

"Let me guess you've been listening to the gossip mill again."

Catherine grinned. "well I heard some interesting things about you and Sara today."

"Gossip is full of lies," Nick pointed out.

"And half truths," Catherine argued. 'So which part is true. The gripping or the kissing."

Nick stared in disbelief. "I did neither."

Catherine raised an eyebrow.

"I wasn't gripping. I was holding onto Sara's legs," Nick explained.

"Why were you holding onto Sara's legs anyway?"

"she was checking for leaks," Nick said defensively as Catherine grinned.

"There was no ladder," Nick said sullenly.

Catherine patted his shoulders. "If your lucky your boyfriend won't even find out."

Nick closed the front door with a loud sigh. He was looking forward to collapsing on an bed, a nice big bed.

Once Nick was in the bedroom, he was too tired to change. Nick just flopped onto the bed and closed his eyes.

Nick's eyes fluttered opened slightly as he felt someone kissing his neck. Nick figured it was a dream and what was the point of waking up?

The second time he awoke was when he felt someone biting and sucking rather than kissing his neck. Nick opened his mouth to complain only to find that wasn't an option. Since the mouth that had been on his neck had transferred to Nick's mouth. Muffling anything Nick had planned on saying.

Which lead to an succession of kisses. Nick's arms wrapped themselves around his partner's neck.

Nick's eyes open after he separated for some air. "Oh it's you."

"Well hello to you to, Nicky."

"What time is it?" Nick asked.

"Just a bit after twelve," Gil replied.

Nick groaned. "I feel like I haven't slept at all."

Gil smirked. "I heard you had quite an interesting shift, gripping Sara's thighs."

"Oh for the love of," Nick muttered.

Gil looked amused at Nick's reaction. "It wasn't like that at all."

"Oh?" Gil asked. "Why don't you tell me what really happened."

"Well we wanted to check if there was a leak in the ceiling. There wasn't a ladder, so I gave Sara a boost," Nick explained trying to ignore Gil's hands.

"for the rec-cord I was h-holding onto Sara's leg-gs not gr-ripping them," Nick managed to say panting slightly.

"So the cop just got the wrong image Nicky?"

Nick nodded quickly and began to shift so Gil's hands had better access. "That's about right," Nick agreed leaning forward to kiss Gil.

The action of course was not only returned but encouraged. Nick let out a groan as Gil's hand brushed against one of his nipples.

The second time, Gil fingers touched his nipples, his hips thrust forward. Nick let out a throatily groan and his fingers clung to Grissom's shoulders.

Gil's lips separated from Nick's giving air to the both of them, letting them breathe.

Gil nipped at Nick's collarbone and Nick's fingers tighten at the action.

Nick shifted under Grissom's weight as Grissom pushed down against Nick. Nick grasped and moaned at the movement, his fingers were slipping from their grip on Gil's shoulders.

"Come on," Nick groaned out.

Gil's hands shifted downwards, much to Nick's delight. Nick's hips were buckling forward.
Somewhere between it all, Gil had gotten off all of Nick's clothes, not that Nick was complain. Far from it actually.

Gil's hands wandered down Nick's chest, as Nick pressed his lips against Gil's.

Nick was attempting to distract Gil long enough to push Gil over, so he could be on top or at least that had been the plan.

The plan might had worked if not for a few variables. Like Gil being heavy than he was and Gil's wandering hands. That made Nick lose the urge to push him off. Judging by Gil's smirk on his face, he knew what Nick had been trying to do, probably known he would give it up too.

Perhaps Gil just knew him too well.

As Nick concentrated on coming up with a new plan, Gil leaned forward so his body was pressing Nick's body into the mattress.

"Give up?" was whispered into Nick's ear followed by a nibble.

Nick was about to argue but all that came out was a low moan. Gil was probably smiling, Nick thought as his eyes fluttered closed.

"hmm...yes," Nick muttered under his breath. His eyes caught in-between being opened and closed.

Nick's fingers dug into the skin on Gil's shoulders as he came.

Nick's fingers loosen their grip and he fell back onto the bed, breathing heavily.

Gil slid off of Nick and settled beside him instead. His arms wrapped beside him instead. His arms wrapped firmly around Nick's waist, bringing Nick closer to him.

Nick put up no resistance. he just let out a low sigh of contentment.

Nick looked up into the bathroom mirror, frowning slightly. There was no way he would able to hide all those bite marks. Nick pulled on a dark blue shirt and headed down to the kitchen.

Gil was sitting at the kitchen table, drinking some water.

Nick glared at Gil. Gil looked at him slightly amused grinning.

Nick sat in one of the nearby chairs. "I can't hide all these marks."

Gil's grin widen. "That was rather the point."

nick stared. "Point of what?"

Gil didn't reply he just kept grinning.

nick poured himself some juice and didn't even glance at Gil.

Nothing worked better than the silent treatment.

Gil must had known what game was going on. Since he made no move to make Nick talk. Then again maybe Gil was planning his next move.

Nick eyes narrowed at the thought. Nick didn't even notice it at first. The hand that brushed against his knee. He did notice it when the same hand moved up his leg and settled on his upper thigh. Nick made a small noise when the hand gave his thigh a squeeze.

Nick glared at Grissom, Gil just shifted his hand and watched as Nick's eyes closed at the movement. "Still mad?"

Nick mumbled his reply and Grissom grinned.

Gil removed his hand slowly. Once the hand had left, nick got up. "Hmm?" Nick asked.

Gil just smiled.
