Title: The Greatest Thing
By: Serenity
Pairing: Nick/Greg
Summary: Nick finds out Greg's interpretation of in-flight entertainment. Dedicated to Bristolgal from my second home, the Derren Brown forum, who asked for some mile high action!

Greg bounced enthusiastically in his seat as the plane made its ascent into the inky black Vegas sky, the chain hanging from the pocket of his blue jeans jangling noisily against the arm rest. Nick looked over and groaned. This was going to be a very long flight if the energetic lab tech didn't chill out and relax.

"Greg, I know you're excited about meeting my family, but we've got three hours before we land in Dallas and I'm gonna get a headache if you continue to leap around like a five year old." Nick took off his glasses and rubbed his eyes with his thumb and forefinger. Greg turned and poked his tongue out at him.

"Don't be such a grumpy old man Nicky!" but did indeed settle slightly, knowing that Nick was incredibly nervous about the family get-together that his sisters had organised.

"I'm sorry, Greggo." He sighed loudly and turned to face him. "I guess I'm just worried about how this is going to turn out. I mean, it's not just the first time they've met you, it'll be the first time I've seen any of them since I came out and told them that I was dating you." He put his glasses back on and pulled a forensics journal out of his flight bag. With a humourless chuckle he added "and what an eventful Christmas that turned out to be."

Greg put a sympathetic hand on his boyfriend's shoulder and squeezed. "Wow, you really are tense" he mused as he gently massaged the tight knots above his shoulder blade. "And you shouldn't be reading that depressing stuff when you're on vacation." He used his free hand to grab the book and quickly sat on it so Nick couldn‘t steal it back. "Come on, tell me how I can cheer you up. I hate seeing you like this."

Nick reached up and covered Greg's hand with his own. "I'm fine, honestly." he lied "I'm glad you're coming with me, G‘." He lifted the hand to his lips and kissed it. Greg felt his heart swell with an overwhelming need to protect this man that he loved.

"I'm just glad you wanted to bring me. I know how hard this is for you. But I don't want you spending the whole flight fretting about it." Nick nodded and kissed him lightly on the forehead. "I won't. I promise."

They sat in silence for around 20 minutes, until the cabin lights dimmed as the in-flight movie began to roll. They both automatically looked at the screen even though Nick had little interest in watching what was being shown. Greg made a small ‘yay' sound when the titles of X-Men began. Cuffing Greg's ear affectionately, he smiled. "Shoulda known they'd pick something that would appeal to the kids." He turned to watch the city lights drifting past below his window, running the possible scenarios of their visit through his head.

He felt a hand gently sweep his thigh and hot breath at his ear. "Stop thinking so loud, baby. It'll be OK you know. I promise I won't embarrass you. I won't let you down."

Nick stiffly nodded his head, but didn't turn to look at him. Greg knew this was a bad sign and resolved to ease Nick's tension before the flight was over. His parents were meeting them at the airport and he didn't want Nick to be so wound up that it would make everyone even more uncomfortable. The atmosphere would already be awkward enough without Nick being so on edge. He just had to find a way of getting Nick to loosen up. A small smile twitched at the corner of his lip as he formulated his plan.

Halfway into the movie, Nick excused himself and made his way to the toilet at the back of the plane. Greg gave him a few moments then got up and followed him. He waited outside for Nick to finish, and as the door opened, he used all his weight to force Nick back into the tiny cubicle. He locked the door behind them as Nick slammed back against the wall. "Greg, what the hell..." his question was cut off by forceful lips claiming him, hands running all over his back and cupping his ass. Their bodies were pressed flush by the restricted space in the toilet, and he could feel Greg growing hard against his stomach. Finally they broke for air and Nick finished his query. "What the hell are you doing?"

"Making you feel better. You need to work out your frustrations before we land and as I'm such a caring boyfriend, I'm volunteering to help you." His eyes were almost black with lust, his breath coming in gasps. He licked the sweet spot just below Nick's Adams apple, knowing it always made him shiver. "Fuck me." he moaned, tracing his hands along denim clad thighs.

Nick couldn't believe his ears. "Here?" he gestured around with his hands. "No way! I can't do that.....not here!"

Greg grabbed him by his hip, hard enough so that five round bruises already started to form. He growled deeply. "Here, Nick." He opened the belt on Nick's tight black jeans and quickly popped the buttons. He reached in and was thrilled to find Nick rock hard despite his objections. "Looks like little Nicky disagrees with you." he smirked as he curled his hand around it and tugged gently. Nick subconsciously rocked into the tight fist, the friction deliciously satisfying.

"Ah, but that's just the trailer." Greg removed his hand and snaked it around Nick's back and plunged it down the back of his jeans and boxers, digging his nails into the firm muscular flesh. "Now for the real in-flight entertainment." They connected again, tongues probing and tasting each other, soft moans swallowed by hot lips, sweat forming under their clothes, making their bodies sticky and slick. Nick grabbed the hem of Greg's red t-shirt and yanked it up over his head in one motion, hardly breaking the contact between their lips. He devoured his young lover's mouth hungrily. Damn Greg for being irresistible and making him act so crazy. He'd have to have it out with him later. Right now, all he was interested in was slamming into that tight ass and finding some relief.

He grabbed Greg's thin wrists in his left hand and pinned them above his head, his right hand scrabbling at the button fly jeans. Greg writhed in delight as he was finally freed from the restrictive denim and Nick had bite his lip to stop from moaning too loud at the enticing sight. He knew that there was a good chance the other passengers could already hear them through the flimsy bathroom door, but at this moment he didn't give a shit.

Greg kicked his jeans off, leaving him completely naked, in stark contrast to a still fully clothed Nick. But he showed no embarrassment at his situation, rather, he relished it. "Do it Nick." he begged. Nick dropped his hands to under Greg's thighs, and lifted one leg up around his waist. He forced his length past the tight ring of protective muscle and sank in up to the hilt in one long, smooth, exquisitely slow motion. Greg bit down hard on Nick's neck to mute the cry that threatened to expose them. He lifted his other leg and circled Nick's waist, both hands hooked around his neck.

Nick pinned Greg's body tight against the door as he vigorously thrusted into him, grunting with each hard push as he hungrily ravaged the pale neck offered to him. He felt the heat building in his groin and his balls hitch as the impending orgasm drew nearer and his thrusts became wild and erratic as he lost control, spilling deep into Greg's channel. He stilled for a moment, riding the waves of his pleasure.

As his breathing returned to normal, he withdrew gently and eased Greg back to a standing position. Dropping to his knees, he took Greg's substantial hardness into his mouth, consuming it eagerly. He sucked and licked along the hard vein on the underside, leaving Greg incoherent in his babbling. He felt a hand gripping his hair as Greg's legs began to tremble and Nick knew he was tantalisingly close. With one final intense suck Greg shuddered, Nick willingly swallowing his release. He stood up and held the young man tight, kissing him softly as they came back to the real world.

"Wow." Nick murmured. "That was wild."

"It's the altitude" Greg purred. "It's supposed to increase euphoria. So, did my evil plan work? Are you more relaxed?"

He stretched in an almost feline way and sighed. "Yeah. I feel great. Thanks babe. How about you?"

Greg grimaced slightly, but with a twinkle in his eye. "Well, I think I'm gonna need to ask the stewardess for a pillow for the rest of the flight, but apart from that, fantastic."

He grabbed his clothes and got dressed. Nick fixed his jeans, a small smile tweaking his lip upwards. "I'll go out first, you can follow me in a bit." he leaned over and kissed him softly. "I really don't know what I'd do without you Greggo."

Greg blushed slightly and Nick let out a laugh. "We just screwed like wild animals in an airplane bathroom and that doesn't embarrass you, but this does. You are to damn cute for your own good." He kissed him again and gingerly opened the door, checking that the coast was clear. He winked and made his way back to their seats.

After five minutes Greg slipped quietly into the seat beside him. He surreptitiously watched Nick from the corner of his eye for a while, making sure he didn't tense up again. Nick knew he was being watched, and gently clasped Greg's hand in his own, reassuring him that he was OK.

The movie ended and the screen went black, the aircraft lights switching on automatically. Greg turned to face Nick and let out a giggle.

"What?" Nick self consciously rubbed his face. "What's wrong? Do I have something on my face?" Greg leaned over and cupped Nick's face in his hands. "You sure do have something on your face. A tell tale ‘I just got some serious action' look. And I'm thinking you better lose it before we land, because I'm sure you don't want your folks seeing that either."

"You're such a dork." Nick groaned, but inside he was bursting with happiness. Greg was a dork, but he was his dork. And his parents would get used to that given time. Who couldn't love Greg, with his crazy hair and crazier personality, but with a heart bigger than Texas itself. Yes, things were going to be OK. For the first time in his life, he decided to relax, quit being such a control freak and let everything work itself out. Worrying about it wasn't going to help.

An announcement came over the tannoy. "Ladies and Gentlemen, we are now making our descent, please ensure that seatbelts are fastened and seats are in the upright position."

Nick looked out over the vast Texas landscape below, its bright lights dotted like fireflies. He couldn't wait to introduce Greg to everyone as his boyfriend, finally feeling no shame about it. He fastened his seatbelt and sat back, humming a tune that he somehow knew but couldn't place.

"I knew you were paying attention when I was watching Moulin Rouge yesterday." Greg's voice cut through his thoughts.

"Why. What am I singing?"

Greg leaned over and softly sang in Nick's ear "The greatest thing you'll ever learn, is just to love and be loved in return."
