Title: In The Closet
By: Joanne Soper-Cook
Pairing: Jim/Gil
AN: This is just a teensy CSI drabbley-thing that was going through my head. Thanks to solamentenic for giving me the heads-up on the episode in question, and thanks to flawed_karma for just about everything else. This is inspired by, and dedicated to her.

"Gil..." Brass was hovering; he was good at hovering and liked doing it. It helped him not feel so inadequate, especially when there was nothing for him to do. "Why are we in the closet?"

Gil Grissom looked up and smiled. "Come here, Jim."

Brass bent closer.

"No, here, down here."

Brass knelt on the floor so he was facing Grissom. "Okay."

And Grissom kissed him: a long, slow, deep, wet, knee-trembling kiss that turned his insides to water. When they finally came up for air, Grissom was lying flat on his back with Jim on top of him.

"That's why we're in the closet," Gil said.
