A/N: Inspired by the episode 4 x 4; works on an already established relationship. The idea came with that line from Sara after the decontamination shower.
Rating: PG
Pairing: Nick Stokes x Greg Sanders
Disclaimer: CSI doesn't belong to me; if it did, it wouldn't be like how it is on TV... *evil grin* So it is most definitely not mine.

"Really? Because I saw everything." Sara responded with a mischievious grin on her face. "Soo... are you going to tell me about that bite mark on your left hip?"

Greg's eyes shot wide and he stumbled a little; face flushing bright red, "What bite?! I-I just bumped into my counter on the way out this morning!" His voice sounded a little high to be truthful. Plus the stutter didn't help him out at all.

Sara raised an eyebrow, "C'mon Greg! I know what I saw; and that was definitely a bite. Was it a one-nighter or is there something you're not telling me?"

A heavy sigh, "No, not a one-nighter; I've been seeing them for a while."

"Oh? Details Greg?" Sara nudged him playfully. "C'mon I won't tell!" Greg groaned; he'd thought he'd have been safe with that one. That was the rule; no marks where others could see them.

"I uhh... well..." he flushed again; darker this time.

"She's nice though, right?"

Greg's eyes bulged, "Uhh... actually, I'd have to talk... to him first."

"Whoa, whoa! He?!"

A weak nod; Sara plunged in, "Oh this has got to be good... so, how long have you been seeing him? And more importantly, do I know him?"

The former lab rat's face was a rather bright red by this point, and his voice was very strained, "... a few months; and you do. Can we please not talk about this now Sara? I'll tell you everything later, okay? Over coffee?" The new CSI offered his coworker and close friend; he didn't want to offend her, but he also didn't want to talk about his relationship during work.

She took the hint, "Ah, okay, okay. We'll talk later."

~*~*~

Greg looked positively mortified when he finally got home; and his mood wasn't lightened very much when he noticed his boyfriend's car was parked in its usual spot in the apartment's parking garage. He groaned and dropped his head onto the steering wheel; taking a few deep, calmng breaths before steeling himself and climbing out of the car.

His apartment was on the fourth floor; so he still had the short elevator ride and walk to his apartment before he had to face his boyfriend. Greg took another deep breath before unlocking the door and entering.

Nick had beaten him home. The older CSI was sprawled across the couch, channel surfing as Greg tossed his coat over the chair and dropped his keys into the bowl on the counter near the door.

"Hey," Nick greeted, head leaning back over the couch to greet his boyfriend. At one glance at how nervous Greg looked, he was off the couch and standing in front of him. "Are you okay Greg?"

A short nod, "Yeah, I'm fine; just..." He sighed, oh well, time to get it over with. "Sara kinda well... she kinda got me into a corner and I promised I'd tell her; you know, about us."

Silence.

Then...

Nick laughed.

"Nicky! This isn't something to laugh about!"

The Texan covered his mouth with his hand, trying to stifle his laughter, once he had enough control over himself, he responded, "I know; I heard about the shower you two had to take. I nearly lost my coffee when Grissom told me."

Greg pouted, "And you didn't even come to make sure that I was alright?"

"Oh, I knew you were fine," he playfully ruffled the younger CSI's hair. "So don't worry so much about it."

"But Sara..."

"Won't tell anyone. It'll do you good to have someone else to talk too about us, just in case."

Greg headed for the bathroom, grumbling, Nick laughed; calling, "Love you too," at his boyfriend's retreating back.

"You're sleeping on the couch next time!"

FIN.
