Nick parked his truck in the open the spot next to Grissom's SUV. He had a spring in his step today. He hoped no one noticed. He wasn't going to apologies for it at all. He was getting married to the most wonderful guy ever! He jumped up and punched the air. He knew people were staring at him but he didn't care.

Walking in the door to the Crime Lab building. Grissom walked passed and handed him a sheet of paper, "you're late so you get the last one. You're working the DB case over at the Mirage."

Nick took the slip and nodded, "Okay Gris."

1 Hour after the crime scene
Nick walked down the hall toward the lab. As he walked passed Grissom's office Warrick walked out with his head down and buttoning his shirt. Nick noticed that Warrick's fly was part way down. 'Hmm I wonder what went on in there?'

All thoughts of Warrick soon left his mind as he walked towards the lab. The man was looking into a microscope with his back towards the door. Nick got a wicked grin on his face as he entered the lab. While Greg was still looking into the scope, Nick wrapped his arms around Greg's waist and gently kissed the back of Greg's neck. Greg jumped at the sensation, but soon relaxed into the sensation and went back to his work. He knew that someone could come in any second and see Nick wrapped around him, but he didn't care. It felt so good.

Nick smiled and got a little more adventuress. Nick un-tucked Greg's shirt and ran his hand over the flat panes of Greg's stomach.

"Nick...knock it off. I have to get this done," Greg said, removing Nick's hands and walking towards the printer. Nick pouted and followed him.

"You'd rather work than pay attention to me?"

Greg turned towards Nick and was greeted with a pair of puppy dog eyes.

"Oh don't give me the eyes. I have to get this done. If you're a good boy on our break I'll take you out to lunch and we can have a quickie in the parking lot."

That made Nick grin. He checked to make sure that no one was around before pulling Greg towards him. He first kissed the ring that was on Greg's finger then gave Greg a quick kiss on the lips.

"I love you Greg."

"I love you too Nick. Now get out of my lab."

"I can't til I give you the evidence I need you to process." Nick picked up the bags of evidence he dropped when he first came into the lab. " I need you to run these blood samples for me."

"Anything for you babe."

Nick smiled and walked towards the door. Before he opened the door, he turned to Greg.

"Greg."

Greg turned towards Nick.

"Yeah?"

"I'll be back at break. I'll expect you to keep your promise."

"Don't worry baby. I will."

Locker room - End of shift
Nick could not have had a better day. The case he was given this morning was solved. Even better, Greg had kept his promise about lunch.

As he was changing his mind drifted back to when he first came back to the lab after getting the case file. Why did Warrick come out of Grissom's office with his shirt un-buttoned and with his fly half way down?

As if he knew what Nick was thinking, Warrick came into the locker room and sat down next to Nick.

"So you seeing anyone these days there partner," Nick asked at he reached for his shoes.

Warrick slowly pulled his shirt off, not facing Nick.

"Umm..uh welll"

When Warrick started to pause and stall Nick put it all together. Warrick and Grissom were together. Nick wanted to put his friend at ease.

"Well, I'm askin because I'm with someone and it is so serious. I've asked this person to marry me." Warrick smiled, thankful for the distraction.

"That's awesome! Who is the lucky lady?" Nick put his shoes on and smiled at Warrick.

"It's not a girl, it's a man and it is Greg."

Warrick sat down next to his friend. Nick and Greg were together? It actually put Warrick at ease.

"I'm seeing someone too. It's..."

"Grissom. I know." Warrick's eyes got wide and Nick couldn't help but smile. " I saw you come out of his office with your shirt un-tucked and your fly was down half way." Warrick blushed and hung his head.

"Rick, I have a big question to ask you. Will you be my best man at my wedding?"

"Yeah man, I'd be honored."

Nick smiled again and stood up. He exited the locker room and started walking towards the lab. He turned and saw Grissom entering the locker room, no doubt to see Warrick. He stopped at the lab and saw Greg getting ready to leave.

"Babe, you ready to go."

Greg looked up and gave Nick a dazzling smile that made Nick's heart melt.

"I thought you would never ask. Let's go."

Greg was sitting at the kitchen table, watching Nick cook dinner. It was a typical Texan dinner; Steak, potatoes, corn bread and beans. He really didn't care what Nick cooked, as long as Nick cooked it he was fine.

"Greg, I asked Warrick to be my best man at our wedding. He said yes and told me that him and Grissom are a couple."

"Really? Warrick and Grissom? Man I'd love to see those two share a house."

Nick placed their plates on the table and gave Greg a quick kiss before sitting down.

"Baby, I am almost positive people think the same thing about us. Now you hush up and eat that dinner I made for you."

Greg smiled as he chewed a piece of steak. This was how life was going to be like once he and Nick got married. Greg watched as Nick eat his dinner and kept smiling at Greg. Greg swallowed and ate his dinner. He could spend the rest life like this. And he planned to.

The end.
