It was late October, almost Halloween, October 23 to be exact... at 19:26:04 to be more exact... but enough with that.

Flack and Danny were sitting at the kitchen table (in the kitchen, just to make sure you got that), eating... something. It looked like it was supposed to be a huge platter of nachos, but it looked more like... crap, smelled like it, too. Whatever floats their boat, though.

Halfway through the... nachos, Danny spoke up, "Y'know, Montana asked me somethin' today..."

"Tell her yer taken," Flack said firmly, eating a nacho with some guacamole and other nacho toppings on it.

Danny rolled his eyes and munched on his own nacho, "Not that. She said she was gunna have a Halloween party, asked if you n' me wanted to come."

Flack raised his eyebrow at Danny, "And you said...?"

"That we'd go, duh," Danny smiled, "Free beer."

"No, I'm not going," Flack shook his head and resumed consuming the food in front of him.

Danny let out an exagerated sigh. "But, if you don't go, then I'll go by myself, and y'know, Montana'll be drunk and I don' wannher to throw herself at me."

"Then don't go," Flack shrugged, "Simple."

With another sigh and now a roll of the eyes, Danny persisted. "Free beer."

"I'll get ya beer."

"Costumes."

"We can roleplay here, I got that Zorro mask somewhere around'ere."

Danny sighed and stood up to leave. As he walked past Don, he pushed his face into the platter of... whatever was left. "Nice mask, Donnie," He snickered and walked away to their bedroom.

"Ya little brat," Don said with a look of disgust, that was just wrong. He followed Danny to their room and smeared what was on his face all over Danny. They were both laughing by then and it turned out to be more fun than nachos should be, and of course, sublimally, Danny somehow convinced Flack to go.

The next day, Danny made Don do the laundry and pick out the costumes--Zorro wasn't going to cut it.
